There’s a slew of new funding options from half a dozens sources. Creative BC, and Factor are both offering grants for rappers, and songwriters. While Creative BC’s also offering business grants for a variety of business types.
So I hope you find something that fits.

From Music BC, to the Canadian Council for the Arts, there’s a thousand different organizations, companies, and government entities offering grants, and funding. Here’s a quick TLDR so don’t have to slog through it like i did.
WRITING RESOURCES:
Here’s where I’ll be linking, and gathering resources relating to grant writing, funding, and other resources for artist. The majority of these resources are currently focused on grant writing. It’s what I’m trying to learn, and what I’ve been questioned about the most. So, peep, and find some benefits for the exorbitant taxes everyone’s paying.
That’ll be it for now, but I hope to flesh this out further as time goes on. These grants are a sublime option to jump start your artistic movements, projects, collaborations, and careers. You’d be doing yourself a disserve if you don’t even try.
